Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia Siri Ke 4 - Miri, Sarawak Division

Salam and hello!

Remember in a previous post of mine where I mentioned I am having a goal to be fit by July? If you don't you can read it all here. All I need was a push, and push is what I get.

What kind of push? I've thrown myself in this one programme hahaha. But before that, let's get to know the founder first shall we?

I was aware of this programme ever since it's first season, did not exactly remember how thou. For my area, a trainer was available during season 2 but I did not follow. This time, season 4, I finally made up my mind and joined for good.

Jom Kurus 1 Malaysia Season 4 has already kick started from January 17th and ends on February 28th 2015 - its a 6 week period programme.

My goal in joining this programme was to stop relying on slimming products as most of them are not effective for me. Other than that I wanted to learn the basics of dieting and eating correctly, the basics of exercise, and most importantly releasing stress! Haha. Do you know, if one works out it will help to reduce our stress? I can definitely vouch for that fact, it's like I took a happy pill despite all soreness I have gotten from all the exercising. Lol. And it's rather addictive x: hehe. From here on, I will work to improve my stamina and strength once my basics are covered 100%, to achieve my goal.

My progress so far? It's still too early to say. I am still in my early weeks here. But I will keep you updated, maybe one day. Before July. :D
