30 day Fitness Challenge - Hana's Week 1

Salam and hello! :D

Before you say anything, I just want to highlight that I will be talking about my experience and of what I know... my thoughts etc. So please don't follow whatever I say here blindly without consultation haha V.V

Anyways, reason why I am writing this kind of topic on my blog this time is that I am trying to join joining the Clean Eating & Fitness Challenge hosted by my HCBN sister, Kerri from Kerri's Kitchen, of which you can check out the link here!

So today's challenge is:

"Favorite Fitness Routine - Share how you stay motivated, your favorite workouts, what a weekly training schedule looks like for you, etc."

Arghh. This is a little tough. Lol. Especially on the stay motivated part :p while I'm still thinking, I will be sharing some of my favourite workouts and my flexible little weekly training schedule. Lol.

I always vary between these two schedules, depending on my mood or whether I am travelling for work or not. Haha. Sometimes even on the rest days I will do light workouts at home if I am up for it :) 

And so, how to stay motivated?






The photos says it aaaalllll. I would look at this photos, cringe/cry and start to feel pumped all over again. hahaha. wish me luck on the bubble butt goal first! I am planning to achieve it by my birthday? Teehee.
